GROBACT
: PROBIOTIC
FEED SUPPLEMENT
DESCRIPTION
GROBACT
is
a
cocktail
of
selected
strains
of
microbes
isolated
from
the
gut
of
healthy
stock
of
Shrimp.
These
microbes
when
given
as
a
feed
supplement
enter
the
shrimp
with
the
feed,
coat
the
intestine
and
act
as
a
protective
barrier
against
pathogens.
Presence
of
GROBACT
in
the
feed
acts
as
a
shield
against
bacterial
infections
throughout
the
culture.

• Reduces sludge buildup and the potential
for anaerobic conditions in pond bottoms.
• Reduces or eliminates time required to oxidize
the pond bottoms between growing
cycles.
• Reduces or eliminates stock losses, due to
organic pollution or toxic ammonia concentration
• Increases yields by increasing both survival
rate and animal weight.
• Eliminates turbidity.
• Effective over a wide temperature range (10o
C TO 40o C) and a wide pH range (6.5
to 9.0).
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Add 10 Grams of GROBACT per kilogram of Feed. Ensure
that it is added in at least 2 feed schedules, to
maintain a healthy stock.
During Periods of Stress / After Antibiotic Treatment
/ Disinfection of Pond
Apply 20 gram/Kg of feed in all feed schedule continuously
for 7 Days.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Mix the required quantity of GROBACT with feed using
proven binder.

Note: Avoid use of any feed grade antibiotics when
using GROBACT.
